1. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, setup keys, and API tokens.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions by team members you invite to your organization.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Conduct network attacks, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts
- Circumvent access controls or security measures
- Resell the Service without authorization
3. Service Tiers
Free tier: Limited to 5 users and 50 devices per organization. Subject to fair use limits.
Pro tier: Expanded device and user limits with priority support and advanced features.
Enterprise tier: Custom limits, SLA, dedicated support, and on-premise deployment options.
On-Premise: Self-hosted deployment with perpetual or subscription licensing. Your data never leaves your infrastructure.
4. Data Ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your network traffic, configurations, or any data transmitted through the Service. SSH session recordings belong to your organization and are accessible only to authorized administrators.
5. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption, certificate-based authentication, and encrypted session recordings. However, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for properly configuring access policies, managing setup keys, and rotating credentials as needed.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. For enterprise customers, specific SLA terms are defined in your service agreement.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. On-premise deployments are not affected by cloud account termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, meshr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
