Pricing FAQ.
What counts as a user?
A user is anyone who signs in to your meshr organization — team members, contractors, or guests. Devices (servers, IoT, Raspberry Pi, etc.) don't count as users. There's no device type distinction — all devices are equal.
How does Pro pricing work?
Pro is $7/user/month on monthly billing, or $69/month flat (up to 20 users) on annual billing. That's about $3.45/user/month for a full team.
How does Team pricing work?
Team is $99/month with 25 users included. Each additional user is $5/month. For example, 40 users = $99 + (15 extra × $5) = $174/month. Beyond ~15 users it comes in under Pro, plus you get SSO, RBAC, and multi-network.
What happens if my team grows beyond 25 users on Team plan?
You're automatically charged $5/month for each additional user beyond 25. No plan change needed. At 75+ users, consider Enterprise for custom pricing and dedicated support.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 30 days, you'll be moved to the Free plan automatically. No credit card required, no surprise charges. Your configuration is preserved - you just lose access to premium features.
How does Meshr pricing work for teams?
Meshr Pro is $7/user/month with everything unlimited. Team is a flat $99/month for 25 users with SSO, RBAC, and multi-network included — so SSO is not locked behind an expensive per-seat tier. During beta, every feature is free.
What's the difference between Cloud and Self-hosted?
Cloud is fully managed by Meshr - we handle the control plane, relay infrastructure, and updates. Self-hosted (Enterprise, coming soon) will give you full control: host everything on your own infrastructure with complete data sovereignty.
