Free Trial
All paid plans (Pro and Team) come with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. During the trial, you have full access to all features of the selected plan.
If you don't upgrade before the trial ends, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan. Your configuration, devices, and settings are preserved — you just lose access to premium features. No charge, no surprises.
Monthly Plans
If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
After the 14-day window, you can cancel at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused days within a monthly billing cycle.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of payment, we'll issue a full refund.
After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the annual billing period.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise contracts are governed by individual agreements. Refund and cancellation terms are outlined in your signed contract. Please contact your account manager or [email protected] for details.
Downgrades
You can downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan, you'll need to reduce usage before downgrading.
How to Request a Refund
Exceptions
We may decline a refund request if:
- • The account was used in violation of our Terms of Service
- • The refund request is outside the eligible window
- • Multiple refund requests have been made from the same account
